The short version

Sound It First is a phonics game for young children. We collect as little as possible. The game runs on your device and stores your settings (letters, speed, voice, player names) only on that device, and they never leave it.

No data from children

We do not collect names, accounts, locations, photos, or any personal information from children. There is no advertising and there are no third‑party trackers in the game itself.

Analytics on our website

Our marketing pages (the home, changelog, roadmap and this page) use Google Analytics to count visits, so we know how many people find the site. It records anonymous, aggregate information such as page views, rough location (country/city) and device type. It does not identify you, and it is not used inside the children's game. We do not run ads or sell any data.

Spoken voices

Letter lines are spoken using built‑in or pre‑generated voices. Asking for an audio clip sends only the text and the chosen accent to our service, never anything about the child.
